Minimums:
The first opening order has a minimum of €150,- and must be pre-paid before transport.
Minimum order quantities are set and stated for each product on the order site.
Reorders:
No minimum amount for reorders. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.
Payment:
All first orders from within the EU must be pre-paid. All subsequent orders within the EU will be billed at the time of shipment and have a 30 day payment period.
Orders from outside the EU must always be pre-paid. PAR only accepts payments in Euro, bank charges to eb borne by buyer.
Delivery and shipping:
Orders will usually be completed and shipped within 5-7 working days from the date the order was placed. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship with PostNL, which will transfer international package(s) to a local postal service once over the border. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
Shipping time / terms and conditions:
We are bound to the terms and conditions from the shipping companies. We are trying to deliver the package as soon as possible when they are ready.
But it’s possible that there are unexpected delays.
Damages and lost goods:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact PAR at info@print-art-read.nl within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Please make a picture of the damaged packaging materials so we may collect shipping insurance. Once received your complaint, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed.
Returns / Exchanges:
All sales are final, and can not be exchanged or returned.
Exclusivity & Proximity:
Approval is needed before becoming a retailer from PAR. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other retailers in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. PAR has the right to end Exclusivity & Proximity agreements at any time. If accidentally a product is ordered that the retailer is not allowed to sell, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Resale:
Due to Exclusivity & Proximity agreement it’s not allowed to resale our product to or through a 3d party , or sell at a new location without the permission of PAR.
Changes to orders:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@print-art-read.nl or by phone within three days of placing your order. No cancellations possible on rush orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Prices and discount:*
All retail prices are as displayed on the order site. Retailers and PAR are allowed to give a maximum discount of 35% for no more than 2 months at a time, after at least 6 months of selling the products at (the minimum of) the suggested retail price set by PAR.
